About the Experience

Right in the middle of a vast Apple orchard surrounded by a beautiful forest cover, we  have created a fully sustainable property off the grid with its own supply of food, electricity, milk, wood and wool. Once you reach this place, you get an experience of Himalayas, local culture, local food tasting and a night of camping next to a lake, going the stars from Himalayan ranges. I will arrange everything for you, Travel from Delhi to his place and back, local transportation and local guide service with insider’s information.
This is one original Himalayan experience that awaits you in the lap of mountains away from noise and chaos. You also get a chance to see local Architecture of Himalayan villages in your tour to explore the mountains.
Breakdown of the whole experience:



Board the bus from Delhi to Aut. 


Day 1

Hired Vehicle picks you up from Aut to Jibhi where you land up at  Homestay and Cafe All meals included ( B-fast, Lunch , Dinner , Snacks) 

LocalGuy will take you on a nature walk in the forest area and Apple orchards where you can eat fresh fruits from the tree. Enjoy the musical freshwater streams and the songs of little birds , sun rays shinning through when earth laughs in flowers . Life in this old village is simple . No locks in the doors , a smile on every face that catches your eye. Head back, eat at the cafe and share stories! Grab your Twin Sharing Accommodation. (Single Occupancy available at nominal charges)


Day 2

Take a short hike to Sirolsar lake at the top of the mountains and with the help of the LocalGuy, lean to setup your camp and start a fire in the wild. Enjoy the view, gaze the stars and indulge in local tales with the LocalGuy with perks from the mountains. Spend the night in the camp.


Day 3

Wrap up your camp and Head back to the Homestay in the morning. Take a Trip to Jalori Pass, highest mountain peak in the surrounding and experience the nature at its best. Walk the jungle trails, chatter with local shepherds, Head towards Local villages and explore the area. See how Piyush and friends have developed a sustainable farm, cattle and livestock. Meet other travellers and share the never ending thrill at the cafe next to a fire.


Day 4

Board the vehicle early morning from Jibhi to Aut and catch the bus back to Delhi.

List of Essentials

Mountain/adventure travel requires one to be adequately equipped with the right kind of personal gear. Since one is travelling in the wilderness there will be hardly any opportunity to buy anything once you hit the trail so we urge you to carefully pack everything into your bags. Also please keep in mind you can rent out or purchase equipment from our Gear Store, if required
Sufficient warm clothing for evenings, which can get bit cold
1 waterproof jacket (also acts as a windproof)
1 pair waterproof trousers
fleece/Woolen top
T-shirts – 3/4
Raincoat / Poncho
Small light weight towel
Water bottle (sturdy ones, no empty Bisleri bottles!!)
Cap / Hat to keep the strong sun away from your face

Day pack/small bag which you will carry on your back every day and keep your essentials in it
Camera if you like (with fully charged batteries)
Personal Medical Kit (there will be medical back-up for emergencies)
