About the Experience

The idea of Ladakh Hemis Village Tour is to facilitate contact between travelers and local people and make it easier to go local when we travel in Ladakh we believe it is important to let the traveler know from first hand what’s the point of view of someone who lives there, because the best way to become aware of the place, is to do things with someone who lives there and wants to retain its charm and beauty for a long time.

We will pick up at Leh Airport if tourist come by air and if tourist come by road we will pick up at bus stand Leh. On the very first day we want to take rest in order to get acclimatized so he or she will be a happy trip in Ladakh the rest of the days.

Day 2, Tourist will visit three important sits, the biggest monastery Hemis monastery, Shey Palace, Rancho school where 3idiots shooting happened,

Day 3 we will go to Nubra Valley which is in northern part of Ladakh and we have to cross world highest motorable road which is 5 hours drive from Leh to Nurbra. and in the evening we will going to visit Sand dune where tourist can ride the double hum camel. and we will stay in a tent or in Local guest house and bone fire will be there on that night..

Day 4 , in the morning we are going to visit Diskit monastery where you can get a blessing from standing future Buddha statue and on the same day, we will go back to Leh. on the same route.

Day 5, we will go to a small rural village which two, three hours drive from Leh main City. and we will stay there for the whole day and night and in here we try to experience every local indigenous product and experience the local way of life.

Day 6, we will go to Pangong Lake which is considered the highest saltwater lake in Asia. and this is also going to be a 5 hours drive to each side.

Day 7, we will come back from Pangong Lake and will visit some nearby places like Shanti stupa and Hall of fame.

Day 8, Take off to their respective places.

I recommend this above itinerary is especially for domestic tourists and for a foreigner most of the time they love to do the trek, which varies with their time, how many days they want to spend here in Ladakh. 4 days, 6 days, 8 days and 15days trek in Ladakh.
